Athlete: An Athlete, in order to be considered for nomination into the HOF, must have been out of HHS for a period of 5 years. He/She must have an outstanding sports career at HHS. Some of the criteria that may be considered but not limited to: establishment or breaking a record, selection as All Conference, All state, or All American; any special awards.
Coach or Athletic Director: Coaches and AD’s who, when considered by the committee, have made a significant contribution while at HHS.
Friends of Herrin Athletics: Friends of Herrin Athletics could be townspeople, teachers, school administrators, media personnel, etc. who through the years have been strong supporters of HHS Athletic.
